Does it work on phones?
No. Hjz Kit is a desktop app for Mac or Windows. You can buy it from your phone, though: the key lands in your email as soon as payment is approved, and you activate it when you install on your computer.
Is it a one-time payment?
For the first 1,000 licenses, yes. You pay once and use it forever, with no subscription and updates included. Pix, boleto (bank slip) or card in up to 12 installments (with installment interest), through Mercado Pago.
What happens after the 1,000 licenses?
The global launch ends and Hjz Kit becomes subscription only. Anyone who bought during the launch keeps a lifetime license and never pays a subscription.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Download the app on your computer and use everything for 7 days, with no limits and no card. After that, just paste your key to keep going.
Which formats does Hjz Kit convert?
Photos: JPG, PNG, WebP, iPhone HEIC, AVIF, GIF, TIFF and ICO. PDF: to Word, JPG, PNG, text and PowerPoint, plus merge, split, compress, sign and password-protect. Video: MP4, MOV, WebM and GIF, or just the audio as MP3 and M4A. Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV, AIFF and FLAC. Documents: Word to PDF and back, text, RTF, HTML and ODT.
Is it safe? Why does Windows show a blue screen?
It is safe, and your files never leave your computer. On Windows, the blue "Windows protected your PC" screen appears with new apps from independent developers: click More info, then Run anyway. On Mac, the app is signed and verified by Apple.
Which computers work?
Macs with an Apple chip (M1 or later) and macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Macs with an Intel processor do not work: to check, open the Apple menu → About This Mac and see whether the line says "Chip" (Apple M1, M2…) or "Processor" (Intel). On Windows, 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
How do I get my key?
By email, right after payment: within seconds for Pix and approved cards; for boleto, once it clears (up to 3 business days). It also appears on screen after payment and stays saved in My account.
How many computers does the key cover?
One computer of the system you chose at purchase (Mac or Windows). Got a new computer? Release the old one in your account and activate on the new one (one swap every 30 days). For offices, there are plans with one key for several computers, Mac and Windows together.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app asks for your key to continue. The files you already converted stay on your computer.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything happens on your computer and no file leaves it. The internet is only used to activate your key, for a quick license check once a week and for the Download Video feature.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days after purchase to cancel, as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) requires. Write to support (the email is on the Contact page) and we refund the full amount.
Can I download any video?
Download Video is for your own videos, public domain videos, openly licensed videos or videos you have the owner's permission to download. Each person is responsible for what they download, as the terms of use state.
